So I've decided to put a Google Adsense thing on the side of my blog, right under the homepage button. Usually I'd take a torch to any advertisements on any website I own, but after thinking about this and looking at the adthing itself, I feel a bit differently.

The one type of ad I can't stand is something that interrupts the service I'm receiving/giving (eg. Before video ads on YouTube), but sidebar ads are... Different. Especially since I can control the size and location of the ad, and if people don't like it I can remove it without any problems. It's also a good way for me to pay off Weebly for the hosting every two years, although I'll probably make barely enough to even cover an amoeba.
